摘要
采用实验室建立抗性虫株的方法,用40、60、75、105、125、135μg/g梯度的拉沙里菌素作用于柔嫩艾美耳球虫盐霉素敏感株和盐霉素抗性株,经过15次继代,诱导产生了对135μg/g拉沙里菌素的抗药性虫株。在同一诱导条件下,盐霉素敏感株和盐霉素抗性株对拉沙里菌素产生抗药性的时值和强度没有差异。
For development of resistance of Eimeria tenella to lasalocid the salinomycin resistant strain and salinomycin sensitive strain of Eimeria tenella were serially passaged in the chickens. Each bird was inoculated with 50 000 oocysts and fed the diets added with the lasalocid at a dose of 40, 60, 75, 105, 125, 135 μg/g. Both strains appeared the resistance to 135 μg/g lasalocid after 15 passages, but no difference on the time and strength was found between the two strains.
