摘要
为了给额河银鲫的开发和利用提供一些基础材料,对37尾阿勒泰地区额河银鲫的血液生化和血液流变参数进行了较系统的测试。结果表明,额河银鲫的红细胞(RBC)数为(0.863±0.12)×1012/L,仅为其他鱼类的一半;红细胞比容(HCT)为(29.23±3.82)%,比一般鱼类少;血红蛋白(Hb)质量分数高达(99.60±10.70)g/L;血糖值特别高为(24.19±6.70)mmol/L;全血粘度(ηb)高切时不高,在鱼类中属中等水平;在低切时则呈下降趋势。回归分析可知,影响额河银鲫ηb的主要因子有平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血糖(G)、红细胞聚集指数(A1和A2)、红细胞刚性系数(Tk)、红细胞刚性指标(IR)、血浆粘度(ηp);影响ηp的因子有Hb、血清胆固醇(CHO)、血沉方程K值和IR。
Blood biochemical and hemorheologic parameters of 37 normal Carassius auratus gibelio were measured in the area of Ertix River of Altay prefecture in the north of Xinjiang. The results are as follow: the number of RBC is (0.863±0.12)×10 12 /L,merely a half of the other fishes; the HCT value is (29.23±3.82)%, lower than that of the other fishes; the Hb concentration is (99.60± 10.70 ) g/L, higher than that of the other fishes. The blood sugar level reaches up to (24.19±6.70) mmol/L; the whole blood viscosity (ηb) is not high at the high shear rates, belongs to a middle level among fishes and tends to decline at the low shear rates. The regression analysis shows that the main influential factors upon the ηb include the MCV, blood sugar (G), hemagglutination index (A 1, A 2), rigid coefficient of red blood cell (Tk), IR and ηp and the main influential factors upon the ηp include the Hb, CHO, blood sedimentation equation value (K) and IR.
