摘要
试验猪经口服及静脉给予抗菌活性成分隐丹参酮后,采用溶剂萃取,TLC反复分离、纯化,并用UV、IR及1HNMR鉴定。隐丹参酮在猪体内可代谢转化为丹参酮ⅡA。体外全血及肝匀浆温孵试验结果表明,隐丹参酮在体外与全血及肝匀浆温孵条件下,仍可被转化为丹参酮ⅡA。体外抑菌试验显示,代谢产物丹参酮ⅡA仍然具有抗菌活性,但与原药比较存在差异。
The metabolism of cryptotanshinone which isolated from the root of Saliva przewaquskii or S.miltiorrhiza Bunge was studied in pigs and in vitro. The tanshinone ⅡA as a major metabolite was isolated and identified from the urine after intravenous and oral adminstration of cryptotanshinone. The tanshinone ⅡA was also identified in vitro from the incubator consisting of the cryptotanshinone, hipatic homogenate and blood of pigs. The antibacterial test results showed that the metabolite maintained the antibacterial activities to Staphylococcus aureus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, except for some differences as compared with the parent drug.
