There are plenty varieties of solid-state power modules widely used in radar system. These modules are of high guideline and the test procedure is complex. The quality control of these modules in check and accept procedure is of great importance. The canonical check and accept test insures the quality of the produces. In this article,the literature,system,procedure and error analysis of check and accept test are discussed in the aspect of practical work.
