仓储系统中无线手持数据采集终端的设计

Design of Hand-held Wireless Data Acquisition Terminal for Warehousing System

针对自动化仓储中人员和物体流动性问题以及实时信息化管理的需求,本文以C8051F020单片机和射频芯片nRF903为核心,设计了一款无线手持数据采集终端,并详述了该系统的功能。给出了该系统的硬件组成原理图、各接口电路以及软件设计流程,详述了无线数据的采集与传输功能的实现。成功开发出一种低成本、操作简便的无线手持数据采集终端。该系统为无线数据采集和自动化仓储系统提供了一个新颖实用的解决方案。

With regard to the problem of personnel and object mobility and the requirements of real-time information management,in this paper,a type of hand-held wireless data acquisition terminal is designed based on single-chip machine C8051F020 and RF chip nRF903. Hardware schematic diagram,interface circuit,and software flow chart of the system,as well as the implementation of wireless data acquisition and transfer are described. According to the design,a low cost,easy use hand-held wireless data acquisition terminal is developed,which provides a novel,feasible solution for wireless data acquisition and automated warehousing.
