H桥整流电路大小信号建模方法研究

摘要 为了分析电力电子装置静动态特性必须建立其解析模型。传统的建模方法有状态空间平均法(SSA)和广义状态空间平均法(GSSA),其中SSA只能描述系统低频分量,GSSA阶次高系统计算复杂。针对以上两种传统方法的缺点,本文提出了一种电源开关等效法(SSE)应用于电源与开关串联的电力电子系统中。该方法简单直观,效率高,易于实现。文中针对H桥整流电路模型建立了其大小信号数学模型,通过PSCAD仿真软件验证了SSE的正确性。 In order to analyse the static and dynamic characteristics of power electronics, the analytic models are established. Traditional ways include state-space averaging method (SSA) and generalized state-space averaging method (GSSA), in which SSA can only describe system low frequency, the order of GSSA is high and computation is complicated. For the disadvantages of these methods, a source-switch i equivalent new method (SSE) is proposed on the situation of the conduction of source and switch in series, which has advantages of simplicity, directness, high-efficiency and easy-realizing. In this paper H-bridge rectifier is modeled by these three methods to present large and small disturbance character. Simulation results in PSCAD show the validity of SSE .
