摘要
20G厚壁高压锅炉管在按标准要求进行压扁检测时出现批量开裂现象,对其断口形貌、化学成分、力学性能、显微组织等进行检测,结果表明开裂是由于热处理工艺不当,铁素体没有完全奥氏体化所致,对此类厚壁高压锅炉管提出了相关切实可行的热处理工艺措施。
After flattening test was performed on 20G high pressure boiler pipes according to relevant standards,cracks were found a quantity of pipes.By inspecting fracture shapes,chemical compositions,mechanical properties and micro structures,the cause for cracking was revealed as an inappropriate heat treatment process which resulted in incomplete austenization of ferrite.Then an applicable heat treatment process for this type of heavy wall thickness high pressure boiler pipes is put forward.
