This paper gathers some data related to the penalty kicks at the finals of the World Cups and makes an analysis of the relationships between the tiptoe directions of the players＇ supporting feet and the direction of the football kicking as well as the relationships between the tiptoe positions of the supporting feet and the height of the ball kicking.And it also probes into the ways of how to raise the success rate of penalty kicks.
