摘要
首先根据模态耦合理论分析了热畸变对光束质量的影响,并用数值方法得到理想基模和畸变基模耦合幅度与泽尼克畸变之间的关系图。然后采用一种新型的MEMS微变形反射镜搭建了一个内腔自适应光学实验系统,用来对热畸变激光光束模态进行补偿,得到了满意的结果。
Calculations are performed showing the effect of Zernike aberrations on laser beam quality in this paper.Then an intracavity adaptive optics system based on a MEMS deformable mirror to compensate the laser mode is described.From the test result,it is explicit that the output mode of high power lasers can be compensated by the adaptive system.
