摘要
研究了金属表面处理工艺中喷砂工艺、自动磷化线工艺、喷砂加自动磷化线工艺对涂层光泽、抗弯曲性、抗冲击性及耐腐蚀性的影响,从而得到了涂层综合性能达到最优时的金属表面处理工艺。进一步探讨了金属表面处理工艺对不同形状铁路专用弹性元件产品耐盐雾腐蚀性的影响。
The effect of shot blasting,auto-phosphatizing and both complex technology during the metal surface treatment on the gloss,bending resistance,impact resistance and salt spray test results of coating were studied. The technology of metal surface treatment to obtain optimal comprehensive properties was gained. The effects of metal surface treatments on the neutral salt spray test of special railway elastic products of different shapes were further discussed.
