胺值检测标准及京沪高铁用喷涂(纯)聚脲的判定初探

Standard Test Methods of Amine Value and Preliminary Investigation of Spraying Pure Polyurea Used in Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway

通过比较不同的标准及检测方法,采用JISK7237—1995标准对聚脲用各原材料、聚脲、聚氨酯、聚氨酯(脲)的氨基组分的胺值分别进行检测,并与相应A组分的NCO检测值关联。通过与高铁用聚脲、聚氨酯(脲)胺值检测指标对比,判定该高铁用材料是(纯)聚脲还是聚氨酯(脲)。

In this paper,by comparison the different standards and test methods,the standard JIS K 7237-1995 was adopted to determine the amine values of amino-component in polyurea raw materials,polyurea,polyurethane and polyurethane/polyurea hybrid respectively. Then the amine values of component B to the NCO value of component A were correlated,and by comparison with the amine values index of polyurea and polyurethane（urea）used in high-speed railway,to determine whether the materials used should be pure polyurea or hybrid.
