近年来高校师德研究述评

高校师德建设是高等教育中的关键环节。近年来高校师德研究在高校师德的概念上表述不统一,需要进一步厘清;对师德现状总体的、定性的描述较多,还需要进一步细化、量化;在对策上宏观层面的较多,需要进一步微观化、操作化。当前师德研究中需要充分借鉴其他社会科学研究成果,力求在方法论和研究范式上有所突破,以适应时代变化的要求,为师德建设提供多层次的、可操作的、有效的对策建议。

Construction of college teachers＇morals is the key link in higher education. In recent years, the researches on college teachers＇morals are not uniform and need further positioning. The descriptions of the whole situation of teachers＇morals need to be re- fined. The eountermeasures need further operation. The research nowadays needs to use other scientific research aehievements for reference so as to have a breakout in methodology and research paradigm, adapt to the requirement of the times and provide multi -level, operable and effective countermeasures and suggestions.
