摘要
随着信息产业的飞速发展,电子档案领导部门要加大对电子档案的重视程度,为保证电子档案的完整、标准、安全和电子文件管理的高效和科学,必须由相关的制度规定和标准来支持。必须强化培训,引进和培养高素质的档案工作人员。
With the development of information industry, the supervisors of electronic files should pay more attention to those files. In order to ensure the integrity, standardization and safety of those electronic files as well as the efficient and scientific management, corresponded regulations and criteria are needed so that training should be enhanced to bring in and develop qualified staff.
