替加氟加萘达铂化疗联合放射治疗食管癌近期疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of nedaplatin and tegafur combined with radiotherapy in treatment of esophageal cancer

目的探讨替加氟加萘达铂化疗联合放疗对不能手术的中晚期食管癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法对20例不能手术的中晚期食管癌进行替加氟加萘达铂化疗联合放疗夹心法治疗。结果本组患者经放化疗后进食梗阻、胸骨后疼痛、纳差等症状均有不同程度好转,近期有效率达85%,除了白细胞下降和血小板下降比较突出,其余的毒副作用均可耐受。结论替加氟加萘达铂化疗联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌疗效较好,毒副反应可以耐受,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mid-advanced stage esophageal carcinoma with nedaplatin and tegafur combined with radiotherapy.Methods 20 cases who could not be treated operatively were treated with nedaplatin and tegafur combined with radiotherapy.Results Of 20 patients in this trial,the response and toxicity of 20 cases were available to be evaluated.The response rate was 85 % after chemoradiotherapy.The most common adverse events were myelosuppression.Conclusions The method of nedaplatin and tegafur combined with radiotherapy might be effective for mid-advanced stage patient of esophageal carcinoma that could be non-operative method.The toxicities for the patients are tolerable
