摘要
目的探索留守经历对医学生安全感的影响程度,以期为医学院校对医学生开展心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用丛中、安莉娟编制的安全感量表,信度为0.7958,对104名有留守经历医学生和100名无留守经历医学生进行测评。结果有留守经历医学生与普通医学生安全感在各维度上均存在显著性差异;有留守经历医学生与精神症患者安全感在各维度上均存在显著性差异;有留守经历医学生安全感在性别上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论儿童期留守经历对医学生安全感有一定影响,其影响的差异性对促进医学生安全感的发展具有指导意义。
Objective To explore the effect of stay-at-home experience on meidical college students' feeling security and improve their mental health.Methods By adopting the feeling of security scale of college students to evaluate 104 medical college students who had stay-at-home experience and 100 medical college students who had not stay-at-home experience.Results There was significant difference in the feeling of security between medical students who had stay-at-home experience and who had not stay-at-home experience,and there was also significant difference in the feeling of security between medical students who had stay-at-home experience and psychosis patient.there was also difference in significant the feeling of security in terms of gender.Conclusions Early stay-at-home experience has great influence on medical college students’feeling security and the difference of influence is of guiding significance to the promotion of medical college students’feeling security development.
