摘要 提出了一个研究36°YX-LiTaO3基片短路金属栅中SH型声表面波在金属短路栅中传播时频散特性的理论方法,即根据陈东培和H.A.Haus理论,利用压电晶体中的变分原理和SH型表面波COM模型分析了栅阵中SH型声表面波的传播特性。该方法不需使用复杂的Green′s function,其理论分析结果与Hashimoto有限元程序运算结果一致。这为压电晶体基片中SH型声表面波在金属短路栅阵中传播特性的研究开辟了一条新的途径。 A theoretical method for analysis of dispersion characteristics of SH-SAWspropagating on the periodic metallic grating on 36°YX-LiTaO3 was presented.Based on D.P.Chen and Haus theory,a variational principle and COM equation for the analysis of SH-SAW was used to investigate the dispersion characteristics of SH-SAW propagating on periodic metallic grating structures.A major advantage of this method is that there is no need for complex Green′s function and it′s theoretical results are in agreement with that of Hashimoto′s finite element method.Thereofore,a new approach is provided in this paper to analyze the propagating characteristics of SH-SAW in short-circuited gratings on a piezoelectric crystal.
