摘要
采用压电陶瓷、环氧树脂和去耦材料,应用切割-浇注技术及串并联结构,研制3相多基元压电复合材料。实验测试了材料的压电和介电性能,以及各基元的一致性和耦合特性。结果表明,其压电常数达到240 pC/N以上,声速约3 100 m/s,声特性阻抗小于14.3 MPa.s/m,厚度机电耦合系数0.4,相对介电常数约800,介质损耗0.02。材料各基元间的频率偏差小于0.76%,声耦合较小,相邻基元的振动衰减达94%。
A novel 3 phase(ceramic,epoxy and de-coupling material) piezoelectric composite with multi-elements was developed by using dicing-filling technology and parallel connection in structure.The piezoelectric and electromechanical properties of the composite were determined,the uniformity and across-talk between elements in composite were investigated.The results exhibited that the piezoelectric coefficient d33 of more than 240 pC/N,sound velocity of 3 100 m/s,acoustic characteristic impendence of 14.3 MPa·s/m.Thickness electromechanical coupling coefficient was 0.4,relative dielectric constant 800,dielectric loss 0.02,and resonance frequency difference between elements was less than 0.76%.Acoustic coupling was small;the vibrating attenuation between adjacent elements was up to 94%.
