摘要 从四川茂汶产的疏叶当归(AngelicalaxifoliataDiels)根的乙醇提取物中分离得9个化合物,鉴定了7个,分别为当归内酯(白芷内酯)(angelicin,Ⅱ)、β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,Ⅲ)、β胡萝卜甙(βdaucosterol,Ⅳ)、二十八碳酸(noctacosanoicacid,Ⅴ)、蔗糖(sucrose,Ⅰ)、10庚基10辛基二十烷(10heptyl10octyleicosane,Ⅵ)及疏叶香豆素(laxifolin,Ⅸ),其中疏叶香豆素为一新化合物,对钙拮抗有一定活性;另2个长链脂肪族化合物未鉴定。这9个化合物都是从该植物中首次分离得到。疏叶当归根的乙醚提取物,经气质联用分析得10个挥发性成分,主含当归内酯(65%),还含少量的δ(l甲基乙基乙烯基)当归内酯〔δ(lmethylethylethenyl)2Hfuro(2,3h)lbenzopyrane2one〕、9,12十八碳二烯酸(9,12octadecadienoicacid)、十六碳酸(hexadecanoicacid)、2甲基2丁烯酸(2methyl2bu? The root of Angelica laxifoliata Diels has been used as a folk medicine for the treatment of rheumatism and invigorating the circulation of blood in some areas in Sichuan Province. From the ethanol fraction of the root, 9 compounds have been isolated, 7 of them have elucidated as: angelicin (Ⅱ), β sitosterol (Ⅲ), β daucosterol (Ⅳ), n octacosanoic acid (Ⅴ), sucrose (Ⅰ), 10 heptyl 10 octyleicosane (Ⅵ) and laxifolin (Ⅸ),compound Ⅸ of them is a new constituent and revealed a calcium antagonistic action; the other 2 long chain fatty compounds were not identified. From the etherial extracts, 10 volatile constituents have obtained by GC MS methods and identified as angelicin (65%), small amount of δ (1 methylethylethenyl) 2H furo(2,3 h) 1 benzopyrane 2 one, 9,12 octadecadienoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, 2 methyl 2 butenoic acid and ethyl acetate etc.; 3 constituents were not identified.
