近三十年广州、武汉国民政府特点与地位研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Characteristics and Statuses of Guangzhou's and Wuhan's National Governments in Last 30 Years

就近三十年来学界对广州、武汉国民政府的特点和地位这一问题本文作出述评。在概念层面,笔者倾向于将武汉国民政府的下限定为1927年4月18日。广州、武汉国民政府除了具有"党治"、"合议制"等主要特点外,还需看到其政权性质的独特性、混合型与不稳定性。广州、武汉国民政府的地位可从内政外交、社会运动、北伐及国共党史几个方面加以考察。

The research on the characteristics and statuses of Guangzhou＇s and Wuhan＇s national governments in last 30 years is reviewed in this paper.In the term of definition,the end time of Wuhan national government should be April 18,1927.Apart from the main common characteristics of ＂party-government＂ and ＂collegial system＂,Guangzhou＇s and Wuhan＇s national governments also had their own features of uniqueness,miscibility and unsteadiness.As to the status of these national governments,it can be studied from four aspects： domestic and foreign affairs,social movements,northern expedition,and the history of the Communist Party and the Nationalist Party.
