浅析高职院校人力资源管理系统的功能设计

Analysis of Functional Design of Human Resources Management System in Higher Vocational Schools

在当今知识经济时代,"以人为本"的理念日益受到重视。对高职院校来说,人才资源的合理开发与管理,建设高效便捷的人力资源管理信息系统是十分必要的。本文针对人力资源管理系统的现状和存在的问题,根据高职院校人力资源管理的特点,对高职院校人力资源管理系统的功能提出了设计思路。

In the era of knowledge-based economy,human-oriented idea is increasingly emphasized.For higher vocational colleges,it is very important to explore and manage human resources reasonably and it is necessary to construct an effective and convenient human resources management system to manage human resources.Based on the analysis of the current situation,existing problems and characteristics of human resources management system in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some design ideas on the functions of human resources management system in higher vocational schools.
