摘要
本实验以蒙古高原特有属-沙芥属植物为材料,通过单因素实验研究了不同的提取方法、提取溶剂、溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取温度、时间、次数等对沙芥黄酮提取结果的影响,并在此基础上采用四因素三水平L9(34)进行正交试验,确定了最佳提取条件组合。研究结果如下:沙芥总黄酮的最佳提取方法条件为:用80%的乙醇作为提取溶剂回流提取,料液比1:10,提取时间90m in,提取温度80℃,提取次数3次。在此提取条件下,沙芥总黄酮量为8.46mg?g-1DW。
The paper used Puionium Gaertn leaves as experiment material, it studied effect of different extraction methods, different extraction solvents, different concentrations of extraction solvent, different solvent volumes, different extraction temperatures, different extraction times and different extraction times on flavoniod content of Pugionium cornutum( L. ) Gaerth using single factor test. Based aboved research results, orthogonal design with three levels of four factors ( extraction temperature, extraction solvent volume, extraction time and extraction times) was adopted. The research results showed that the optimum condition was 80% ethanol as extraction solvent ,temperature 80℃, ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 10, extraction time 90min, extraction times 3 times, Under this condition, flavoniod content of Puionium Gaertn leaves was 8.46 mg. g^-1DW.
