摘要
本文对贺兰山东坡的大型真菌进行科学考察与研究,初步鉴定出大型真菌60种,其中有11种为食用药用兼用菌。本文对这些食药用菌进行了特征描述,并对其资源进行了评价,就保护和利用食药用菌资源提出了作者的见解。
60 large fungi, including 11 edible - medicinal fungi were identified at east slope of Helan Mountain. The characteristics of 11 fungi were described and their resource values were appraised in this paper. The preservation and utilization aspects of edible - medicinal fungi were also raised.
