摘要
本试验利用生长速率法研究了不同浸提剂不同浓度的西芹干根提取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感作用。研究结果表明,西芹干根水浸提液在较高浓度(100%、90%、80%、70%、60%、50%)下对黄瓜枯萎病菌表现为化感抑制作用,在较低浓度(40%、30%、20%、10%)下表现为化感促进作用,其最高抑制率为20.53%。西芹干根乙醇浸提液在较高浓度(100%-40%)下对黄瓜枯萎病菌表现为化感抑制作用,在较低浓度(30%-10%)则表现为化感促进作用,其最高抑制率为77.87%。在作用时间不变的情况下,化感效果随着不同的浸提液的浓度的增大而增强。而在同一浓度的情况下,化感效果随着不同的浸提液的作用时间的延长而减弱。
In this study,the different extractants with different concentrations of dried root parsley extract on Allelopathy of Fusarium oxysporum, sp. cucumeris was studied by the growth rate method. The findings indicated that The aqueous extract of dried root of parsley inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum, sp. cucumeris at higher concentrations ( 100% ,90% ,80% ,70% ,60% ,50% ), and the lower concentration( from 40% to 10% ) of them promoted the mycelial growth. Maximum inhibition rate was 20.53%. The ethonal extract of dried root of parsley inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysportun, sp. cucumeris at higher concentrations ( from 100% to 40% ) , and the lower concentration(from 30% to 10% ) of them promoted the mycelial growth. Maximum inhibition rate was 77.87%. In the case of the role of time - invariant, the effect of Allelopathic in different extraction agents with the increase of the concentration increase. In the case of the same concentration, the effect of Allclopathic in different extraction agents with the role of the extension of time decreased.
