沙柳重组模板基材制造工艺研究

摘要 本研究以沙柳材为原料,以酚醛树脂为胶粘剂,试制三层垂直铺装重组复合板,对影响板材性能的主要因子进行了分析。试验结果表明,施胶量12%,热压温度160℃,热压时间0.9min/mm时板材各项物理力学性能较好。以该板材作为基材,对其进行二次饰面,可用作混凝土模板使用。 The three - layer vertically formed composite scfimber was prepared with Salix as raw material, the phenol - formaldehyde resin as adhesive in this paper, the impact of various technical parameters on the performance of substrate were analyzed. The results showed that, physical and mechanical properties of panel was better when the amount of adhesive added with 12% and hot - pressing temperature with 160℃, hot-pressing time with 0.9min/mm. With this board as substrate, can use for concrete form after surface finishing.
