摘要
本文以废旧纸塑包装材料和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为主要原料,通过热压-冷压工艺制造纸塑复合板材。采用正交试验方法,研究了LLDPE占纸塑复合板材的质量分数、板材密度、热压时间及热压温度4个工艺参数对复合板材物理力学性能的影响。最终得出较理想的工艺参数为:LLDPE质量分数为30%,密度0.9g/cm3,热压时间500 s,热压温度180℃。
In this paper,LLDPE and recycled paper-plastic packaging were used as the main materials to make the composite boards,by hot-cold pressing process.As the process parameters impact on the physical and mechanical properties of composite boards,the mass fraction of LLDPE,boards densities,the hot-pressing temperature and time were studied employed the orthogonal test method.According to results,the ideal conditions of the processing technology is the mass fraction of LLDPE by 30%,the densities of 0.9 g/cm^3 by weight,the pressing time by 500s,and the pressing temperature by 180℃.
