摘要
以国产树胶HL为原料,通过交联改性,制备出了改性样品HL-I。采用正交实验和极差分析法,并通过单因素评价法进一步优化出了改性树胶的改性反应条件:反应温度为85℃,反应时间为3 h,甲醛与树胶的质量配比为0.13 mL/g。室内评价了树胶及其改性样品在钻井液中所具有的增黏、降滤失、润滑泥饼、抑制黏土分散及水化膨胀等性能。结果表明,改性树胶对在钻井液中的作用效能进一步提高,其在钻井液中的适宜加量为1%~2%(w/w);树胶HL及其改性样品HL-I易生物降解并且毒性小,不会伤害土壤和环境。
Domestic tree gum HL used as raw material,modified gum HL-I was prepared by crosslinking modification. The effect of some reaction conditions,such as mass ratio of reactants,reaction time and reaction temperature,on the performance of the crosslinked derivative in drilling fluids has been discussed.Then,the optimum reaction conditions are determined by orthogonal test and error analysis(reaction temperature:85℃,reaction time:3 hours,mass ratio of formaldehyde to HL:0.13 mL per gram).Some performances of the tree gum HL and its crosslingked derivative HL-I in drilling fluids,such as viscosity enhancing,filtration reducing,lubricating mudcake,as well as inhibiting dispersion,hydration and swelling of clay are tested.The results indicated that the suitable content of the crosslinked derivative HL-I was from 1% to 2%(w/w),and HL-I had better performance in drilling fluids than the unmodified gum HL.
