基于蚁群算法的分子对接搜索方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 分子对接方法研究生物大分子的相互作用与识别机制,对了解生命现象及其本质规律具有重要的理论和应用价值.本文采用蚁群算法对分子对接程序Autodock 3.0的能量寻优过程进行了改进.测试了22个蛋白质-小分子体系,与原程序相比较,蚁群算法能够有效地改善程序的搜索结果.同时,比较了采用局部搜索和未采用局部搜索的算法,蚁群算法也比原程序有更好的表现.蚁群算法对分子对接的搜索方法进行了新的尝试,将对分子对接软件的改进提供一些启示.
