金融危机使得全球许多的跨国公司和企业受到了影响,同时也给企业人才的管理带来了风险。随着市场环境的不断变化,企业应该根据人的需求等级和管理属性,对人才进行激励和储备。可持续发展作为一种新的发展观将会给企业的工作效率和人才的开发带来更多的利益,使得企业在可持续发展的良性范围内健康的运行和增长。
The financial crisis has affected many of the multinational corporations and enterprises all over the world. Meanwhile, it also brings risks to the management of enterprise talents. With the constant change of market environment, enterprises should inspire and reserve talents based on the hierarchy of needs and properties of management. As a new development concept, sustainable development will bring more benefits to the operation efficiency of enterprises and the development of human resources, so that enterprises can gain a good operation and growth in sound sustainable development.
