Research on the Development of China's Social Organizations

改革开放以来,中国社会组织发展共经历了三个阶段,即原始成长阶段、制度规范阶段和正向推进阶段。现阶段,中国社会组织发展在获得珍贵历史机遇的同时,也面临严峻的挑战,需要我们从转变观念,强化政府对社会组织的培育和扶持;逐步建立和完善社会组织法制体系,推进管理体制改革;着力提高社会组织的自身素质,创立良好的公共服务形象等方面入手,促进社会组织健康发展。

Since the reform and opening up, China＇s development of social organizations has gone through three stages, namely, the originals stage, the system specification stage, and the positive promotion stage. The present stage of China＇s social organizations, possesses rare opportunities and serious challenges, we need to shift the concept, strengthen the government＇s right to foster and support the social organizations, gradually establish and perfect the legal system of social organizations and promote the management system, and focus on improving the social organizations quality and the creation of a good public service image so as to promote the healthy development of the social organizations.
