摘要
元认知策略对学习者英语学习的计划、监控、评估等各阶段都有很强的指导作用,可以提高其学习自主能力。本文着眼于工科学习者学习现状和学习风格特点,运用元认知策略理论和自主学习理论,尝试探讨工科英语教师应如何培养学习者元认知策略,提高学习者的自主学习能力。
The guidance of meta-eognitive strategies lies in the stages of learners' planning, monitoring and evaluating in language study and thus is helpful in fostering learner autonomy. Based on the analysis of learning features and learning styles of engineering students, this paper tentatively probes into the issue of how to foster meta-cognitive strategies for engineering students and improve their learner autonomy.
