摘要
概述了单端量暂态保护的研究现状,并对其存在的问题进行了探讨.研究发现利用多速率滤波器组理论对暂态信号分析具有的多分辨率、对高频信号高分辨力等优势能够较好地解决其原理和技术上的诸多问题.并提出了多速率滤波器组的一种有效实现方法,QuartusⅡ仿真表明它完全能够满足超高压保护实时性的要求.所提出的方法对建立超高压输电线路高速继电保护具有重要意义.
This paper discusses the problem needed to be resolved presently in non-unit transient protection. A new non-communication protection technique for transmission lines based on the theory of multirate filter bank is proposed, which has many advantages such as frequency-division multiplexing, etc, It can effectively resolve many problems in this field. An effective approach to realization of multi-rate filter bank is also presented. The QuartusⅡ simulation shows that it meets the need of EHV protection. The approach given in the paper has practical value in the real protection of EHV.
