进入新世纪以来,随着中国经济实力增强,中国的国际地位和角色都发生了不同以往的变化,中国选择怎样的战略实现民族复兴,以怎样的方式实现自己国家利益,和谐世界理念应运而生。建构主义视角下的和谐世界理念有其内在机理和必然面临的挑战。而和谐世界理念的真正价值则在于促进世界和平并为中国经济发展营造良好的国际环境,打破中国威胁论,增强中国在国际社会的话语权,提高中国的软实力。

Since the new century,with China＇s economic strength,China＇s international status and role have taken place in different changes in the past,China has chosen the strategy of achieving China＇s rise and realizing their own national interests,the concept of a harmonious world came into being.The harmonious world concept from the view of constructivism has its internal mechanism and the inevitable challenge.So the true value of the harmonious world concept lies in creating a favorable international environment for China＇s economic development;breaking the China threat theory;increasing China＇s voice in the international community,and enhance China＇s soft power.
