随着金融危机的爆发,大学生就业的形势越来越严峻,如何解决大学生就业问题受到了普遍的关注。基于大学生就业状况的SWOT分析,在正确把握当前社会和经济发展全局,明确大学生自身的优势与劣势,把握环境提供的机会及防范可能存在的风险与威胁的情况下,提出大学生就业必须由大学生、高校及政府共同努力,才能共克难题的对策。

With the breakout of financial crisis,college students face more severe employment situation,and how to resolve the problem properly has received widespread attention.Based on the SWOT analysis,to help the students correctly grasp the current situation and economic development,clearly understand their strengths and weakness,timely seize the opportunities offered by the environment and prevent possible risks and threats.Meanwhile,according to the preceding analysis,in order to ease the employment pressure on college students has to unite the efforts of governments,schools and students.Only in this way,can we explore the solution to the problem of graduate employment.
