摘要
汉语借词是英语词汇丰富发展的源泉之一。笔者通过回顾汉语借词的历史进程,概述汉语借词主要的借词方式,结合实例论述汉语借词的语音、语法和词义特征,进而总结其实践意义。
Chinese loan words are one of the origins in the course of Enlish vocabulary enrichment.The author reviews the history of Chinese loan words in English,states their categories of word-formation and phonetical,grammatical,semantical characteristics with examples,then summarizes its practical significance.
