摘要 应用静电纺丝法制备了表面光滑平整、纤维细度均匀的PVA纳米纤维膜.采用扫描电镜观察方法,研究了溶液浓度、电压强度、注射速度、接收距离对纤维微观形貌的影响,得到了PVA溶液静电纺丝比较合适的工艺参数:溶液浓度8%,电压强度16 kV,注射速度0.020 ml/min,接收距离15 cm. In this study,PVA nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning.SEM has been applied to view the microtography of the PVA nanofiber membrane.Concentration of PVA solution,voltage,inject-speed and C-SD have been studied for they can impact the microtopography of nanofiber membrane.As a result,PVA solution with 8% concentration is the comparatirely suitable concentration,when the voltage is 16 kV,inject-speed is 0.020ml/min and C-SD is 15cm.
