Research on the Designing of the Enterprise Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation Indicators System in Henan Province

从分析企业技术创新能力的构成要素出发,构建了企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法等评价方法,对河南省高技术企业的技术创新能力进行了客观评价,为及时调整河南省企业技术创新战略提供了依据,从而有利于企业技术创新能力的提升.

Technological innovation of the enterprise is a systematic project.It is difficult to further enhance the technological innovation of Henan Province enterprises only depending on innovation subjects,so the relationship of adherence and restriction among various policies and measures must be fully considered.And in Henan Province,the establishment of a complete system of technological innovation,which combines various policy measures together,is to promote the successful developing of Henan technological innovation activities through their synergy.The evaluation index system of technological innovation of enterprises which has practicability and maneuverability is proposed,in the paper,based on the analysis of the technological innovation of enterprises in Henan Province.
