摘要
实验室合成甲基橙的传统方法是在低温下分二步完成,存在着条件难控制以及费时、费工、产率低的问题.本实验在常温下一步完成甲基橙的合成,结果表明该方法比传统低温二步法产率提高18%,通过对不同实验方法所得产品的红外光谱检验,常温下一步合成与低温下二步法合成的产品光谱曲线基本一致.
The traditional method of synthesizing methyl orange in the laboratory is low temperature two-step method.But there are some problems.For example,it is difficult to control the experimental condition and it is exhausting,time consuming and low productivity.At the room temperature,methyl orange can be synthesized by one-step method.The result shows that if we add p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid,sodium nitrite and water into the reactor at once on room temperature firstly,stir the solution as we add the N,N-dimethylaniline secondly,then stirring the solution 20 minutes for reaction thirdly that the productivity of this method could be 85%.Through testing infra-red spectrum of product made by different experimental methods,it can find that the spectrum lines are in substantially agreement.
