摘要
基于2000年和2005年地级市电子通讯设备制造业数据,采用Tobit计量模型分析中国电子通讯设备制造业产业区位选择的影响机制。结果表明,研发水平、外资、集聚、政府政策均在不同程度上影响中国电子通讯设备制造业的区位选择,在研发能力弱的地区,外资和政策有利于电子通讯设备制造业的发展;在短期内无法提高研发能力的地区,可以通过引进外资或加强政策优惠的方式促进电子通讯设备制造业的发展。
The paper intends to explore the influential mechanism of location of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industries using the prefecture level cities data in 2000 and 2005 and Tobit models.The results show that RD levels,FDI,agglomeration,government institutions can influence the location choice of China′s electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industries.The results also indicate that in the weak RD level regions,FDI and institutions may play an even bigger role in developing the electronic industry.Therefore,urban electronic and communication manufacturing industries can be developed through raising the RD levels,degree of openness or offering preferential policies,etc.If the RD level can not be promoted in short time,attracting FDI and strengthening preferential policies can instead play an important role in developing urban electronic and communication manufacturing industries.
