民族县域旅游发展综合评价体系建立及实证研究——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州16个民族县域为例

Construction and Quantitatively Empirical Study on Comprehensive Evaluation System of Tourism Development of Minority Counties:A Case Study of 16 Minority Counties of Miao and Dong Minority Autonomous Prefecture of Southeast Guizhou

联系民族县域旅游发展实际,建立了民族县域旅游发展资源-经济-环境综合评价指标体系,共由1个目标层、3个维度层、15项Ⅰ级指标和65项Ⅱ级显性指标组成,并运用因子分析法对评价指标体系中不同层级指标权重和评价结果进行定量分析。在此基础上,运用SPSS17.0统计软件下Factor模块并以黔东南苗族侗族自治州16个民族县域为典型实证对象,对评价体系进行了定量检验。结果表明:在资源维、经济维、环境维和3维度综合评价中黔东南州民族县域旅游发展与各自旅游资源空间禀赋、旅游经济发展、旅游环境发展、旅游综合发展的实际状况均相符,证明评价指标体系具有较好的可信度、较强的普适性和推广性,评价方法科学。

It is indicated that the tourism of minority regions is developed in practice：the scientific development of tourism of minority counties is the key to ensure sustainable development of tourism of minority regions.In this paper,reviewing research literatures about the evaluation of tourism development of minority regions and contacting the practice of tourism development of minority counties are combined,the index system of comprehensive evaluation of tourism development of minority counties is explanatorily constructed,which involves three dimensions about attraction-economy-environment and contains one target level,three dimension level,fifteenⅠindexes and sixty-fiveⅡindexes.Considering above the system which contains a great deal of indexes,the weight of respective level indexes and the results of evaluation are analyzed quantitatively objectively in Factor Analysis.Based on above researches,the evaluation system is examined in Factor module of SPSS17.0 and taking sixteen minority counties of Miao and Dong minority as a typical example.The results demonstrate that the tourism development of sixteen minority counties of Autonomous Prefecture of Southeast Guizhou are conformed with the corresponding spatial distribution of attractions,the development of tourism economy,the development of tourism environment and the comprehensive development of above three dimensions by the evaluation of three dimensions about attraction-economy-environment.The index system of comprehensive evaluation is proved that it has better credibility,universality,and popularization;at the same time,the scientific evaluation method is used.Further more,the objective basis of tourism sustainable development of minority regions are provided by the index system of comprehensive evaluation.In the paper,although the evaluation results are considered as reasonable,the evaluation system will be still examined and discussed in practice of the future,in order to optimize indexes′ contents and expand useful regions continuously.
