摘要 教学督导制度是高职院校教学质量监控体系和保障体系的重要组成部分。通过对教学督导的标准、衡量教学督导的绩效和纠正教学督导的偏差等方面的分析,利用控制理论对高职院校教学督导工作进行系统研究。对高职院校教学督导工作进行全程控制,能促进实现督导目标,进一步保证高职教学督导的质量和效率,对促进形成良好的校风、教风和学风,提高督导工作水平有明显的推动作用。 Teaching supervision system is an important part of higher vocational colleges teaching quality monitoring system and security system,the article analysis from the aspects of to establish standards of teaching supervision, to measure the performance of teaching Supervision and to correct deviation of teaching supervision, etc.the introduction of control theory in teaching supervision of higher vocational to conduct systematic research, is conducive to fully understand the controls. To control teaching supersision of higher vocational in the whole process, promote the realization of supervisory objectives, to further ensure the quality of vocational education and efficiency of supervision, to promote the formation of a favorable school ethos, teaching and study style,to improve the level of supervision have a clear role in promoting, this is the new era of innovative composite personnel training needs.
