摘要
将生态农业“三效益”扩充为“五效益”,并根据“五效益”最佳统一的原则,用人工智能语言一Prolog编制推理机,用C语言编制分析机,进而将两者结合构筑专家决策系统.系统可在不同投资规模、不同技术水平及不同投资时机等条件约束下对生态农业投资项目外部效益进行评估.图2，参3。
The paper, introduces five kinds of benefits of eco -agriculture in China for the first time. According to the principle ,the five kinds-of benefits should be best integrated. Besides infer-encee engineering (IE) was programed with Turbo-prolog and analysis engineering (AE) was programed with Turbo-C, then the IE and AE were integrated to be a decision expert system,the expert system can appraise the external benefits of eco-agricultural investment project at different conditions of investment scale, technical level and investment opportunity.
