心理干预对脑梗塞后焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

The influence of psychological intervention on mood of patients with cerebral infaction

目的探讨心理干预对脑梗塞后焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法对400例脑梗塞患者采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行焦虑抑郁状况筛查，共筛查出合并焦虑抑郁症状者216例，随机分为干预组126例和对照组90例，两组均予以经神经内科常规治疗及护理；干预组在此基础上联合心理干预治疗，观察6周。于心理干预前及干预6周末，采用焦虑白评量表、抑郁自评量表评定焦虑抑郁状况，对评定结果进行对比分析。结果脑梗塞后抑郁发生率为38．00％，焦虑发生率为41．25％，焦虑抑郁共病率为26．50％。干预组心理干预后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较心理干预前有显著下降，且均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论脑梗塞后患者焦虑抑郁障碍问题严重，心理干预能有效地减轻脑梗塞后患者的焦虑抑郁状况，改善躯体症状，提高患者的生活质量，有利于促进患者的全面康复。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the mood of patients with cerebral infaction. Methods 216 of 400 patients with cerebral infaction combined with anxiety and depression emotion tested by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）. The 216 patients were divided into study group（n=126） and control group（n=90） randomly and evaluated with SAS and SDS before and the 6th week after treatment. The study group were given routine neurological treatment combined psychological intervention, while the control group only given routine neurological treatment. Results The incidence of depression and anxiety was 38.00% and 41.25% respectively, and the comorbidity was 26.50 %. The scores of SAS and SDS post mental intervention in study group were decresed more than bfore intervention and control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cererbral patients have serious anxiety and depression disorders, mental intervention can relieve these mood and improve general rehabilitation.
