摘要
应用杂交瘤技术获得了13株抗传染性法氏囊病病毒(InfectiousBursalDiseaseVirus,IBDV)的单克隆抗体(MonoclonalAntibody,McAb),其中有9株McAbs为IgG类,4株为IgM类,这些McAbs与新城疫病毒(NewcastleDiseaseVirus,NDV)、传染性支气管炎病毒(InfectiousBronchitisVirus,IBV)和马立克氏病病毒(Marek’sDiseaseVirus,MDV)均无交叉反应,病毒中和试验表明,有5株McAbs具有中和活性,Western-bioting试验表明,这5株有中和活性的McAbs识别的抗原位在VP2上。
Thirteen monclonal antibodies(McAbs) were produced against infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV)using hybrodoma technique.Nine of them are IgG classes and four are IgM Classes.The have no cross reaction with NDV、IBV and MDV.The result of virus neutralization test showed that five McAbs had nutralizing activity.Western-blotting indicated that the epitopes recognized by neutrality McAbs were all present on VP 2 of IBDV.
