玉米愈伤组织的扫描电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 用扫描电镜观察了玉米愈伤组织在继代周期中的变化及其胚状体发生过程。结果表明,愈伤组织的胚性与表面结构有明显关系。继代半年和一年半的胚性愈伤组织表面结构无显著差异,均可产生大量正常和畸形胚状体。正常胚状体可通过类似合子胚的分化或不规则发育过程而成熟。畸形胚形态多样,其中多数盾片异常。根据观察认为,胚状体一般是多细胞起源的。 The embryogenesis of embryonic calli and changes of the structure in their surface layer of Maize were observed using scanning electron micros- cope.Results showed as follows.There was an obvious correlation betwe- en the embryogenesis of the calli and the structure in their surface layer. No marked difference was observed between the calli that had been culture for half a year or one and a half.The embryonic calli could produce a great number of normal and abnormal embryoids.Normal embryoids could fully develop and mature through the process that was analogous to the differentiation of zygotic embryo.Abnormal embryoids in their shape were changed.The majority of them had malformation scutella.The embryoids, in general,had been originated from multicells.
