摘要
王家寨煤矿深部构造应力极为复杂,采区上下山在支护上曾采用过砌碹、锚喷、锚注、可缩支架、工字钢梯形支护等手段,但仍然出现冒顶、片帮及巷道严重变形。针对三采区下山巷道出现的变形破坏情况,通过对巷道破坏力源分析,提出锚带网索联合支护方案,并将支护方案应用于现场,使得巷道冒顶、片帮及变形得到了有效控制。
The deep tectonic-stress of Wangjiazhai Coal Mine is complicated,although arching,bolt-shotcrete,bolt-grouting,cushion supporting and joist steel ladder supporting were used to support the roadway of down entry of 3rd mining area,still there were roadway acciednts such as roof fall,rib spalling,serious roadway deformation. Contrary to the roadway accidents of down entry of 3rd mining area,according to the analysis of destructive power,put forward the anchor belt net and cable combined support scheme.The supporting scheme was applied to the field,and roof fall,rib spalling and roadway deformation were effectively controlled.
