认知语境是关联理论的重要组成部分。认知语境观揭示语义推理的认知心理依据和心理状态,话语理解是一个"认知-推理"的动态化过程。与传统的语境相比,认知语境具有动态性、主体性和整体性。文章分析了认知语境的理论依据和特征,探讨认知语境在人类交际中话语理解的作用,从而达到有效的交际。

The Theory of Cognitive Context is the important part of the Relevance Theory.Cognitive context signifies the psychological basis of semantic reference and points out that utterance understanding is a dynamic process of cognition and reference.Compared with the traditional context,the cognitive context is dynamic,subjective and integral.This paper focuses on the analysis of the theory and its features and points out that cognitive context plays a decisive role in understanding utterance in implication inference and realizing effective communication.
