摘要
本文通过Cr20Ni32高镍铬耐热合金钢的常规力学性能、断裂疲劳性能测试及制氢炉出口集合管接管区域的有限元分析,对接管区缺陷进行安全评定。
In this paper,the mechanical properties of Cr20Ni32 Alloy outlet pipe are determined by means of tensile test. Fracture toughness and fatigue crack growth rate are investigated. The strain behavior of the nozzle zone to this pipe is analyzed by finite element method. The safety for a nozzle corner flaw on outlet pipe is discussed.
