筒体焊缝X射线计算机实时成象检测

摘要 直径φ=400~4000mm,长度L=800~5000mm筒体纵、环焊缝检测的X射线的实时成象系统,由于系统采用计算机控制筒体定位和移动、数字图象处理、光盘存贮图象数据等先进技术,与X射线照相法相比,系统检测效率可提高数十倍以上,而检测灵敏度却与拍片法相当,检测成本仅为拍片法的1%。 Thanks to such advanced technologies as location and movement of barrel under computerized control .digital image process, storage of images and data in optical disk, etc. ,the X-ray real-time imaging system of lorigitu-dinal civcumfeiential weld joint test with cylinder diameter Φ = 400 - 4000mm, Length L = 800 -5000mm has a testing efficiency more than 10 times as much as X-ray photography does,has a testing sensitivity same with photography and has a testing cost equal to 1 % of photography.
