随着中国经济体系构建的不断发展,国有资产为了在激烈的市场竞争中获得优势,开始改革原有不合理的格局,大量吸收社会闲置资金。林权改革也是其中重要的一项决策,如何寻求一条林业利益主体双赢之路成为了一项重要课题。运用博弈论的方法,通过对林权改革过程中林业职工和林业局之间关系研究,有针对性地提出了完善林权改革的对策和建议。

With Chinese continuous development of building the economy, state - owned assets absorbed a large number of idle funds and begun to reform the existing pattern of irrational in order to gain advantage in the fierce market competition. Forest fight reform is also an important decision - making, how to find a win - win way of forestry interest subjects has become an important issue. This paper uses game theory, through the research of the relationship between forestry workers and the bureau of forestry in the forest fight reform process, puts forward the improved forest fight reform countermeasures and suggestions.
