摘要 在我国首台油页岩循环流化床锅炉上进行了U型返料器调节特性的工业试验,研究了U型返料器的启动特性,流化风和松动风数量对U型返料器工作性能的影响,并且给出了保证返料系统稳定运行所需的流化风、松动风最小极限风量。讨论了U型返料器具有良好调节品质的流化风和松动风组合调节方式,其结果可用于指导油页岩循环流化床锅炉的运行,亦可供大型循环流化床锅炉运行调节借鉴。 On Chinas first oil shale circulating fluidized bed boiler performed was an industrial test of the U-type material return device regulating characteristice.Studied were the start up characteristics of the U-type material return device and the effect of fluidized air and slackening air flow rate on the work performance of the said device.In addition,the required fluidized air flow and the minimal slackening air flow rate for the stable operation of the material return system are also proposed.Discussed is the combination regulation mode of fluidized air and slackening air for attaining a fine regulating quality of the U-type materical return device.The study results may be helpful in guiding the operation of the oil shale circulating fluidized bed boiler and also serve as useful reference data for the operation of large sized circulating fluidized bed boilers.
